mpospot operates where local law permits and where access is compliant with regional regulations. When you set up your account, our system checks your location and account details to confirm you're eligible to use our platform. Your deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed

through secure payment gateways that encrypt all transaction data in transit. We retain your account information, transaction history and verification documents for the duration of your account and for a period thereafter as required by local financial regulations. If your region restricts access to certain game

Encryption & Transit

All data sent from your device to mpospot travels over TLS 1.3 encryption. Payment details, deposit confirmations and withdrawal requests are never stored in plain text on our servers.

Verification on Withdrawal

Before we send any withdrawal to your bank or e-wallet, we verify your identity and the destination account. For amounts above Rp 5,000,000, we may request a recent bank or payment statement to confirm ownership.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to track lobby behaviour (which tables you open, which games you try). You can disable non-essential cookies anytime in your browser settings.

Data Retention Timeline

Active account data is retained for the life of your account. Closed accounts are anonymised after 7 years unless local law requires a longer retention period.

Third-Party Access

We never sell your data. We share account and transaction information only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS), fraud-detection partners and where local law requires (tax authorities, law enforcement).
